3. Unlike common window glass which is perfectly smooth and flawless, art glass has visual character through unique patterns. These characteristics are like the hand-made sheet glass of centuries past. The patterns come in the form of textured waves, striations, random seeds ( air bubbles ) and a variety of other natural effects. Art glass achieves its visual qualities through these unique variations, and no two sheets are identical.

4. Variations in light sources will change the color and overall appearance of your stained glass. We have gone to great lengths to photograph the projects with different light sources to show these changes. Please read the item descriptions to help clarify the materials used in each different stained glass project.
